System Specialist

Weaver Consultants Group is looking for System Specialist to join our flourishing team. As a System Specialist with Weaver Consultants Group, you will be an integral part of a multidiscipline team with opportunities to substantively contribute to a broad variety of projects. We are seeking independent and highly self-motivated technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Ensure that work is performed in compliance with pertinent regulations and processes, organizational mission, values, policies and work rules.
• Perform routine and non-routine O&M on various types of odor control units (e.g., generators, blowers, nozzles, pumps, power, panels, piping, etc.) and accurately diagnose problems providing customer with an accurate analysis and recommending appropriate action; make necessary field repairs to equipment.
• Assemble various types of odor control units and perform and/or supervise the subsequent installation of systems; perform periodic checks during installation to assure the integrity of the system is maintained.
• Diagnose, recommend, and implement appropriate solutions for problems including electrical issues, generators, blowers, nozzles, pumps, panels, etc.
• Comply with Company policy, procedures, and safety requirements, whether written or communicated verbally, including the instructions and directions from individuals in direct supervisory positions.
• Safely operate motor vehicle to and from work site, load and unload tools and equipment with or without assistance. Maintain company vehicle and equipment in line with company policies and customer needs.

• Safely operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, manlift, mini excavator, etc.) as part of the system installations.
• Undertake administrative duties such as customer reports. Good communication, writing, and organization skills necessary, including collaboration and coordination with senior staff and management.
• Must be self-starting and willing to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Up to 75% travel may be required.
• Respond to client questions and needs in an efficient and timely manner.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Minimize our exposure and risk on projects.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information.
• Build and maintain successful client relationships.

Field Experience:

• Electrical
• Oilfield

Qualifications:

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, company vehicle provided for work-related travel
• Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
